Abstract (EN)
In this study, starting from the compound 4-amino-3-phenyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one (42), 4-amino-1-pentyl-3-phenyl-1H-1,2,4- triazol-5(4H)-one compound (43) was synthesized. Then, compound 44 was obtained from the reaction of compound 43 with sodium nitrite in hypophosphorous acidic medium. Compound 45 was obtained as liquid by treatment of 44 with ethylbromoacetate. Compound 46 was synthesized from the reaction of liquid 45 compound with hydrazine hydrate in ethanolic medium without purification. 47a-p derivatives were synthesized from the treatment of 46 compounds with isocyanates. 48a-p derivatives were synthesized from the treatment of 46 compounds with isothiocyanates. In the next step, 113a-o derivatives were obtained as a result of ring closure of 48 derivatives in sulfuric acid medium. Synthesis of 114a-1 compounds, another cyclization product of 48 derivatives, was carried out in the presence of 2N NaOH. The structures of 62 newly synthesized heterocyclic compounds were elucidated using IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, Elemental Analysis, X-Ray and Mass spectroscopy. Among the obtained compounds, tyrosinase activity for 43-48 compounds and urease activity for 113 and 114 compounds were conducted. Docking studies of all compounds were carried out. The structure of the 113m compound was clarified by X-ray. A SCI article has been published from 43-48 derivative compounds.
