The change and transformation in social life caused by the 1924 Constitution (1924-1938)

The provisions of law have preserved their existence in the world order since the existence of humanity on earth and has continued to develop as of the historical process. The adventure of societies living together and eventually the emergence of states systematized the rules of law that hold societies together. The government models adopted by the states have become the regulators of the legal rules. So much so that with the acceptance of public-based management models in the world, constitutional order in the field of law has been adopted. Constitution is the highest level of rule of law that regulates and guarantees the basic structure of a state, the form of administration, the government bodies, their relations with each other, the transfer of state power, the rights and duties of individuals against the state and the state against individuals. As long as the Republic of Turkey for constitutional transition, which began in the final years of the Ottoman Empire and the National Struggle showing the process of development adopted by the 1921 Constitution, the 1924 Constitution was adopted by all the constitutional order. The 1924 Constitution and subsequently, the process of placing all the benefits of the Republic regime into the state systems began.
