Abstract (EN)
Number 42 Vidin Şeriye Registry involves between period H.1144-1146 / M.1732-1733. This Şeriye Registry which occured in Vidin county was dependent on Ottoman Empire in 18. century deals with all events that end up court. It is included detailedly subjects like legacy, marriage, divorce, complaint, death, tax, relationship of public each other, converting to İslam of Vidin people. Besides, it shows socioeconomic, demographic, culturel, legal, military etc. features of Vidin county. Number 42 Vidin Şeriye registry we made transcription and evaluation deals with subject like 76 heritage, 28 edict 5 buyuruldu, 98 title-deed, 11 verdict, 6 liable, 2 letter, 1 Arabic, 3 application, 2 franchise with consist of total 232 provisions.
