Abstract (EN)
The difficulties and needs of working life have made it inevitable for the worker to exceed the working hours in the workplace. Therefore, the employer continued to employ the worker outside the working hours. This situation has revealed the concept of overworking of the worker. In this study, in order to better understand the concept of "Overtime Working According to the Law No. 4857, the Terms and the Right of Withdrawal", which is our thesis subject, first part the concept of "working" in the sense of Labor Law is discussed. Later, depending on this concept, the concepts of "overworking" and "overworking" were mentioned in case there are studies that exceed the working hours, the limits of which are defined by law. In the second chapter, after the types and conditions of overwork and the provision for overwork are explained in detail, in the third chapter, the new regulation regarding the approval of the worker in the context of the "Regulation on the Amendment of the Regulation on Overtime Work and Working for Overtime" dated 25 August 2017 and The right to withdraw from the approval given was evaluated.
