The trascription and evalution of number Konya Sharia Registry (H.1200-1203 / G.1785-189)

Within the scope of this study, the transcription and evaluation of the Konya Şer'iyye Sicil Defteri, which consists of 77 images, 75 sheets and 150 pages, has been made. In this context, the documents were first translated into today's Latin Turkish and presented. A summary of the documents according to the number of the roll number and the number of provisions is also given in Chapter 3. Important events, political and religious personalities, Muslim and non-Muslim figures, education, trade, socio-cultural structure, and all noteworthy proper names and values are covered in detail in the first section. The most important event of the period was the sultan's edicts regarding the siege of Özü Castle and the war, which lasted until the death of Sultan Abdülhamit I. These events, which affected the entire Ottoman geography, Had repercussions in the Konya region and are included in the document. In addition, since the Sher'iye records include local legal events, they also contain data on the lifestyle of the period and the commercial and economic situation of the region. Values of kitchen utensils, agricultural products, commercial goods and narhs are also presented. As a result, with the trancription of this document, the document has been included in the literature directly for the use of historians and other scholars.
