The important issues of in the EU and Turkey, different etnich diversity, religious diversity and linguistic diversity, the effects of local governments. In general, local governments issue had been examined. In theory, local governments in the section are explained local government, cultural diversity, decentralization, subsidiarity and local autonomy.
