Professional difficulties of teachers who change their branch

Professıonal Dıffıcultıes Of The Teachers Who Change Theır Branch Recently, some adjustment in the education field bring something into the forefront problems of teachers' distrubition different fields and employment of teachers in the ministry of national education. Profession of teaching is a changing profession according to formation, technical and professional social skills. For this reason knowledge schooling of branch teachers has distinctness in the faculty of education at the universities. On the other hand,,teachers who changes their branch after graduating have difficulties, because of excess knowledge of their own branch or deficienry knowledge of their new branch. In this study we aim at examining professional difficulties and degrees of difficulties in this branch of teachers who is working in Kütahya and has changed their branch. In this study a questionare is conducted on 236 teachers who work in Kütahya and in the instituons of Ministry of National Education. In the survey, personal information form and professional difficulties scales are performed. After that according to teachers who pleased with changing branch, supporting changing branch, regretting changing branch and wish to back old branch, difficulty index is compared. According to results of study, teachers who unpleased branch changing, do not support branch changing, feel regret because of branch according to; pleased with branch changing, support branch changing , don't regret with branch changing and don't want to back their old branch, it is seen that statistically significant they have more difficulties (p<0,05). According to results of research, difficulties cause to teachers feel unpleased and we can say that this situation effect badly quality of education.
