Abstract (EN)
As a function of human resources management, recruitment affects all processes in an enterprise directly or indirectly. Therefore, it is very important to carrying out the recruitment process in a healthy way. At the same time, recruitment is considered to be a highly open human resources function for ethically problematic and unethical behaviors. For this reason, candidates and human resources employees who are parties to the recruitment process should be careful and conscious about "unethical behaviors". To be able to make a comparative evaluation in the recruitment process for the parties, it is aimed to determine the unethical behaviors of candidates and human resources experts against each other and to examine these behaviors in a bidirectional perspective. For the purpose of the study, data were collected by semi-structured interview technique based on a qualitative perspective. In this context, a total of 20 people were interviewed, 10 of which were from two groups, namely human resources specialists and job seekers. In the light of interviews and literature review, themes, categories and codes were determined for content analysis. Interview data were analyzed using a computer-aided qualitative data analysis program, the MAXQDA program. As a result of this study; It has been determined that candidates and human resources experts exhibit unethical behaviors towards each other. The most behaviors of human resources specialists are nepotism and overuse of personal intuition; the most behaviors of candidates are nepotism and sailing themselves under false colors.
