Abstract (EN)
Titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles has been widely used in many industrial and medical areas such as dye, cosmetics, drug and paper manufacturing industries. In this study, the production of TiO2 nanoparticles by Aspergillus sp. TK4 isolate was investigated by biosynthesis method which enables safe, green, cheap and controlled production. TiO2 nanoparticles were characterized by Scanning Elektron Microscope (SEM) and EDAX analytical techniques. The characterization data of nanoparticles show that the TiO2 nanoparticles are in a spherical structure and their size varies between 50-200 nm.
