Abstract (EN)

The main protein resources used for growing fish is fish flour. However, providing fish flour has been difficult and its cost has been increasing fast in the last years. It becomes important to research providing alternative resources easly and cheaply instead of fish flour. In feeding studies, multiple ways of biochemically enzymes studies have been applied for last years,In this study, firstly trypsin, lipase and alkaline phos phatas activities were determined with API-Zym kit and spectrophotometer period from 0 to100 days in turbot larvae. In larval period of turbot fish enzymes activates were observed that general increases depend on larval growth.Later, growth studies were performed for duration of 3 months that fish feed traditionally produced added alternatively protein additive % 5and %10. Then, its effect was determined for the growth of turbot. Monthly changes in its length and weights were measured and part of fish?s meat, which can be eaten, was analyzed biochemically (protein, fat, fatty acids, carbohydrate). As a result, we found statistical differences between addicted group and no addicted group (p< 0,05).
