Abstract (EN)
In this thesis study one year data of network connected system with different technologies in Batman province which has 6.46 kWp power and their module performance comparisons were evaluated according to external parameters. The system consists of 2.15 kWp single crystal silicium, 2.15 kWp multiple crystal silicium and 2.16 kWp thin film amorphous silicium. The data obtained from the system were measured in 15 minute intervals between June 2013 and May 2014. At the same time solar radiation magnitude was measured and with the help of these data system efficiency and module performances were compared on monthly basis. In the analyses performed it was determined that performances of each module demonstrated significant variety on monthly basis.
