Abstract (EN)
Mobbing behavior, have been studied in recent years, in spite of an intensive, especially for businesses is not a new concept. Within the organization and reduce yield by reducingthe motivation for this behavior is increasingly dissolutions condition that causes an individual to see both spiritually and physically cause great harm. For the prevention of mobbing behavior, as well as responsibility on organizations and managers on the importance of awareness in this direction is a matter of society. Purpose ofthis research, physical education teachers that institutions influence how their organizational commitment to examine the effects of mobbing. Used in the study, the literature review, the survey method was used for data collection.
