Abstract (EN)
Daha sonra doWithin the scope of this thesis study, coenzyme Q10 contents of fresh bee pollen supplied from fifteen different regions of Bingöl province were determined by using nano-LC instrument. A new generation methacrylate-based monolithic nano column has been developed for the determination of coenzyme Q10. In nano column trials, monolithic nano columns were obtained by in-situ polymerization method using lauryl methacrylate as monomer, ethylene dimethacrylate as cross-linker, and 2,2'-Azobisisobutyronitrile as thermal initiator. As a result of the repeatability trials and scanning electron microscope images, lauryl methacrylate-based monolithic nano column was produced in the laboratory conditions. Coenzyme Q10 content of fresh bee pollen collected from fifteen different regions of Bingöl was specified with an optimized lauryl methacrylate-based nano column. While Solhan Hazarşah Plateau region has the highest coenzyme Q10 content (224.7±3.1 mg/kg), Adaklı Karbaşan region was found to be the second (201.5±4.4 mg/kg) and Karlıova Çatak region was the third highest (194.7±2.8 mg/kg). In the fifteen different fresh bee pollen analyzed palynological, pollen types belonging to fifty-four different taxa from twenty-two plant families were observed. It was detected that six regions had monofloral, six regions had bifloral and three regions had multifloral plant patterns. Hypericum, Hedysarum, Astragalus, Verbascum, Trifolium and Cirsium species were found to be the dominant species. In color analysis, low L* value was measured in bee pollen from Merkez Kuruca, Solhan Plain and Yayladere Kırköy (49.95± 0.38; 48.01±0.24; 41.41±0.01, respectively). The highest a* value was measured in Yayladere Kırköy bee pollen, and the highest b* value in Yayladere Batıayaz bee pollen. Finally bee pollen added breakfast cereal was produced using Solhan Hazarşah Plateau fresh bee pollen, that has the highest coenzyme Q10 content. As a result of the sensory analysis of breakfast cereals, no difference was observed between the general appreciation and acceptability levels of control and bee pollen cereals.ldurulacaktır.
