Abstract (EN)
Although Ottoman Empire signed Geneva Convention in 1865, organising of this convention began properly in due course of Turca Italian War and Balkan Wars. The Dardanelles Front, where the greatest conflicts in the First World War were experienced, was also one of the regions where The Red Crescent Assosiation actively operated. Operations of Red Crescent Assosiation that services, medical equipment sanitation paraphernalia, health personal neccesity, meeting the necessities of food, bevarages and clathing for wounded and sick soldiers hospital ships and finding out operations related captives was aimed to be revealed through this paper. Beside all of them violations of alliens powers which violated the rules of the Geneva Convention and violations of contrary to the law of war were dealt with.
