Abstract (EN)
The study aim to present relationship between the climatic factors (temperature, water, etc.) of Boğacık Runnel and zooplankton groups which were determinated by these factors by statistical data. Zooplankton samples were taken vertically by plankton net whose mesh size was 55 µm from June 2014 to May 2015 from Boğacık Runnel. Inventory of zooplankton samples which were preserved in 4% formaldehyde solution was taken under the stereoscopic microscope. Seven zooplankton groups were identified in this study. These are; Ephemeroptera Hyatt&Arms, 1891 (52%), Ephemeroptera Hyatt&Arms, 1891 (larvae) (17%), Copepoda H. Milne -Edwards, 1840 (15%), Odonata fabricius, 1793 (larvae) (8%), Copepoda Cladocera latreille, 1829 (5%), Odonata fabricius, 1793 (2%), Rotifera cuvier, 1798 (0.7%) Acaridae latreille, 1802 (0,14%), Diptera, Linnaeus, 1758 (0.07%). As a result of the study, Ephemeroptera Hyatt&Arms, 1891 group was identified the must common. Basic component analysis (PCA) was used to get reliable data because of complex relationship between numerous water quality parameters and zooplankton group. The data were taken by PCA. Eight components and fourteen parameters are categorized by PCA analysis. Shannon-Wiener range index (H') (Shannon-Wiener, 1949) and tidiness index (J') were used to determine species diversity. According to calculation, sample which was taken in January-1.station had 1.220 of index valve. In view of the average diversity index of months, the lowest level in September was 0.72, the highest level in January was 1.181. At the same time, it was concluded that this group was connected with positive but weak relationship with temperature. Although the relationship was positive between temperature and other groups that were Cladocera and Acaridae groups, the relationship was negative correlation between Copepoda, Rotifera and Diptera groups. Cladocera and Acaridae groups were most effected groups by water temperature and pollution which was formed because of fertilization used in the region. It was concluded that variations of other groups outside these groups resulted from variations of water columns.
