Medicinal plants of Camili Biosphere Reserve

This study was done between 2004?2010 to identify medicinal plants of Camili Biosphere Reserve region. Ther aim was to find out the plants with medicinal properties used by the local people for treatments among the 990 vascular plant taxa identified as a result of the floristic studies. Information sheets were used for this purpose. The Turkish and local names, used parts and active components were documented for the 399 taxa distributed in the region with some medicinal properties.
