Abstract (EN)
In today's world, with the change in the capital market and the increase in inflation, the stock markets and the stock market have gained importance. In this context, the aim of the study is to examine and evaluate the effects of behavioral tendencies and socio-economic factors on participation in the stock market. The study sample consists of accountants operating in Gaziantep. The data used in our research were collected by questionnaire method. The analysis of the obtained data was made in SPSS 23.0 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) statistical program. In this framework, frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed. As a result of the analyzes made; It has been determined that behavioral tendencies do not affect participation in the stock market. When the effect on socio-economic factors and participation in the stock market is evaluated, it has been determined that it has a partial effect.
