Abstract (EN)

In this study, diffusion mechanism of iron and cobalt impurities in YBa2Cu307 superconductor samples and the diffusion effect of these dopants on lattice structure, surface morphology, critical temperature and critical current density have been investigated. Furthermore, electrical charge state of cobalt in superconductor have been studied by electrodiffusion technique. Polycrystal YBa2Cu3C>7 superconductor samples have been prepared by solid state reaction method. Diffusion of iron over the temperature range 615-880°C is characterized by two different diffusion coefficient one of which is caused by slow diffusion (with diffusion coefficient Di) into grain and other is caused by fast diffusion (with diffusion coefficient D2) over the grain boundary surfaces (DiKeyword: Demir = Iron ; Difüzyon = Diffusion ; Kobalt = Cobalt ; Süper iletkenler = Superconductors
