Abstract (EN)
In this study, the production of wood raw material which has the most common and the widest opportunity among the forest resources, goods and services offered to the community, is chosen as a subject.The aim of the study, after examining the PERT technique one of the operational research techniques is to find the optimum solution method and search the applicability of wood raw material production the state forest enterprises under the limiting conditions of time and cost factors of this technique.For this purpose, the relationship between the production activities, chosen as a research area in Ardıç Forest Enterprises Management conducted in "67B" numbered production section are formed. Having the critical method which has to be followed dependig upon the deadlines of the activities in every stage is determined; the network diagram is drawn, then.According to lacal conditions, the cost difference between the expected completion time of calculated costs and the calculated costs about OGM data are revealed and comparative analysis about the causes of this situatiun have been made.
