Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this study is to reveal whether the Industry 4.0 awareness levels and technology usage levels of the enterprises make any difference on the technical, methodological and social / personal competencies and the structure of the work. The sample of the study within the framework of the determined purpose consists of 118 companies operating within the METU Technopolis and selected by simple random method. In the study, one-way analysis of variance and independent t-test, which is one of the parametric tests, were applied for the research data, whose validity, reliability and normal distribution were obtained. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that the average of technical, methodological and social / personal competence, which were handled separately, differed positively according to Industry 4.0 awareness and technology usage levels. In addition, it was determined that the structure of the work differed positively according to the technology usage levels. Keywords: Industry 4.0, HR 4.0, Competency Change, 4.0 Awareness.
