Abstract (EN)
In a business environment shaped by fast and destructive changes, diversity in customer demand andinternational competition, firms must acquire new technological capabilities and discover new business processes in order to be able to remains table over the long term. For this reason, firms are required to carry out innovation and R&D based activities by successfully fulfilling customer requests and bringing forth new products or processes. In this direction technoparks increase the technology production capacities of the firms that they have built by neighboring research in frastructures and provide triggering and spreading of new ideas through the interaction platforms they provide. Technoparks have a critical importance for producing innovative ideas. With this aspect, universities and research institutes emerge as centers of intense production of information and technology in our country and allover the world. Today, at the basis of increasing technoparks all around the world, joint ventures, R&D activities for industrialization, strengthening of industrial renewal, and increasing competition power are layed. In today's world, the most important registered trade marks are carrying out their activities in the technoparks. As a matter of fact, it is very important for their development to carry out their activities in technoparks, which are the source of innovation and creativity for companies that continue their new ventures and entrepreneurial activities. One of the most important potential benefits of technoparks today is to establish an important platform for the production and dissemination of knowledge. New entrepreneurs, resident company owners, academics, research centers, incubators and technology transfer units are engaged in an intensive interaction in an ecosystem where the university is located. In this context, firms combine the knowledge gained from their Networks with their existing know-how and organizational capabilities to trans form into innovative products and services. In this study, Dicle University-Dicle Technopark and Harran University-Harran Technoparks were surveyed to try to measure the effect of developing entrepreneurship in the technoparks in our country.
