Abstract (EN)
Countries that declared their independence after the disintegration of the socialist regime are called transition economies because they have separated from the socialist structure economically and put forward policies towards free market economies. In this study, the effect of structural reforms on economic growth was measured as a result of the homogeneity test application. As a result of the studies carried out, it has been concluded that there is a long-term relationship from structural reforms to macroeconomic indicators. When the results of the analysis in which Dumitrescu-Hurlin causality tests were carried out, there is only one-way causality relationship from structural reforms to external deficit. No causal relationship was found between other variables.
