Abstract (EN)
GSM systems are intensively use by people. Counts of subscribers, voice and data services are continuously increasing. Therefore traffic on GSM network must be analysed always. Traffic is monitoring with analyse results and make optimisation on network components. GSM network work healthy and efficiently with optimisations to remove low quality.At the same time software which is made in scope of this thesis can make cell planning calculation for different geographical regions.
