Abstract (EN)
B.C Hittite State, which existed in Anatolia between 1650-1200, took places an effective power in Anatolia. The sphere of influence of the Hittite State, which existed in Anatolia for approximately five hundred years, covered almost the whole of Anatolia. The reason why the Hittite State was an effective power in Anatolia was that they had a well organized administrative structure. The Hittite State, which carried out its administrative structure and political policiy in harmony with the conditions of the period, achieved many successes in its political relations with other states. The aim of this study is to examine the state treaties of the Hittite State with the Western Anatolian states and to reveal the relations according to the treaty texts.
