Calıskan ,O., Who Served in The Provinces And in The Center of The Province of Professional Burnout Level of Teachers in Physical Education Comparison of University of Health Sciences, Physical Education And Department of Sport, Postgraduate Thesis, Kütahya in 2017. The purpose of this research is to compare by determining the occupational burnout levels of the education teachers in the provincial center of Nevşehir and the physical education teachers working in the rural areas and the teachers of the rural areas in Kırşehir and compare the burnout levels in terms of different variabilities. In the 2014-2015 academic year, the universe of this research was completed totally by 275 physical education and sports teachers who are 63 educational teacher in Nevşehir provinces , 79 educational teacher province center, 84 educational teacher in Kırşehir provincial center and 49 educational teacher in provinces. And also sample of the grup,accecible sample group ,contains 225 physical education and sports teacher who are in Nevşehir province center is composed of 53 province and 62 districts in Nevşehir ,in Kırşehir province 65 and 45 in districts of Kırşehir. Maslach Burnout Inventory Trainer Form was used to collect the data of the physical education teachers participating in the research consisting of 20 questions developed by the researcher, a likert type scale consisting of 22 questions. The inventory consists of sub-sections; emotional exhaustion, desensitization and personal success. In statistical analysis; The Kolmogrov-Smirnof test was performed to test whether the subscales of the scale showed a normal distribution and as a result, it did not show a normal distribution. (P & lt; 0.05). Mann Whitney U test was used for 2 variable data and Kruskal Wallis test for more than 2 variables at α = 0.05 significance level. As a result, there were significant differences only in the depersonalization sub-dimension of the burnout sub-dimensions of the physical education teachers who were working in the central and provincial areas of Nevşehir, and no significant differences were found between the burnout levels of the rural and central provinces.
