Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to find out the instructional leadership roles of primary and secondary school administrators on motivation of teachers and problem-solving skills . In this study, elementary school administrators, teachers' perceptions of instructional leadership roles according to the description on the method have been used to reach the findings. The research population, as of the 2013-2014 academic year, Sarıyer district of Istanbul Province on all state secondary and primary teachers are working at. In this study, instructional leadership scale, motivation scale and problem solving scale which all consist of 25 guestions, were used. The research sample, Sarıyer district employees as "simple random sampling" determined by working 415 primary and secondary school teachers in 23 schools primary, has constituted . The data obtained in this study for Windows 21.0 was analyzed by using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). Evaluation of data, descriptive statistical methods (number, percentage, mean, standard deviation) were used. Quantitative data for the comparison of the difference between the two groups t-test, in case of more than two groups intergroup comparisons of parameters one-way (One way) Anova test and Tukey post hoc test was used to detect group in order to find out differences. The relationship between the dependent and independent variables of the research with the Pearson correlation and the effect was tested by regression analysis. The effect on the dependent variable of the arguments was tested by regression analysis. The results obtained in 95% confidence intervals and at a significance level of 5% were evaluated. School administrators, who work in primary schools, were had significant differences between instructional leadership behaviors and teachers' motivation. It has had no significant difference between general instructional leadership behaviors and general problem-solving skills .
