Abstract (EN)

Globalization makes competition more difficult and creates more uncertain environments. As a result, companies try to integrate into other companies in which they are collaborating by setting up closer relations. Many studies proved that in uncertain environments when companies, which operate in the same supply chain, integrate their operations, their performance will increase. Hence, the relation between supply chain integration and logistics performance is concerned and the change in this relation under environmental uncertainty is investigated. Medium and large-scale manufacturing companies registered in Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ) are selected as the population of the research. As a result of the analyses, it was seen that supply chain integration affected logistics performance in a significantly positive manner. After analyzing the effects of the sub-dimensions of supply chain integration on the sub-dimensions of logistics performance, it has been proved that internal integration affects quality, supplier integration affects quality, speed and reliability and flexibility and customer integration affects quality, speed and reliability, flexibility and cost positively significant. In addition, it has been proved that environmental uncertainty has a moderating impact on the relationship between supply chain integration and logistics performance.
