Abstract (EN)

Ceramics is one of the oldest tools used by people. The ceramics industry is a significant contributor to our country's economy. This is why the country has an important place in the economy. However, the level of distribution justice and the satisfaction of employees in ceramic factories are issues that are effective in achieving the objectives of the operator. The aim of this research is to determine the distribution justice levels of the workers in the ceramic factories operating in the organized industrial zone of Diyarbakır and Adana and to examine job satisfaction. The research data were obtained from 210 employees working in ceramics factories in the organized industrial zone of Diyarbakır and Adana province in 2018. On the other hand, it is another purpose of studying whether there is a relationship between employees' concept of distribution justice and dimensions of job satisfaction. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the distribution justice level of employees in ceramics factories has a positive effect on job satisfaction and positive effect in positive direction as a result of the correlation analysis when it is determined that distribution fairness levels and job satisfaction levels of employees in ceramic factories are at a "high" level.
