Problems of women's occupational safety experts

Today, among the most important problems of working women, many areas in working life such as gender, wage inequality, working conditions and occupational difficulties are examined. The problems and difficulties faced by women in business life were examined and evaluated in previous studies (such as articles, theses, journals and reports). In the study, a survey was conducted for women experts who are actively working as occupational safety experts or who have worked before. In the survey study, the issues that women employees consider as problems were tried to be determined by asking them in the form of questionnaires. The data, comments and suggestions to be reached at the end of the research were included. The scanning method was used in the research.
