Abstract (EN)

Today, most of the compounds approved as pharmaceuticals are nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds. Studies on nitrogen-containing compounds show that they exhibit many biological and pharmaceutical activities. Pyrazoloquinoline derivatives, which are heterocyclic compounds, are found in many natural products. Having various biological and pharmacological activities such as antimalarial, anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, antiviral makes them an important class of compounds. For this reason, there are various studies in the literature on the synthesis of these compounds. In this thesis, the synthesis of pyrazoloquinoline derivative compounds was carried out from 3-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-5-amine, aromatic aldehydes and 1,3-dione compounds. It has been observed that the reactions take place with good yields in the ultrasonic medium under the catalysis of camphor sulfonic acid which is an organosulfur compound. Structural determination of the obtained compounds was done by spectroscopic methods such as FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C APT NMR.
