Abstract (EN)

In this research, a microalgae species (Chlamydomonas sp.) was grown in the laboratory conditions under nutrient-starvation conditions on BG 11 modified medium. Large-scale production of microalgal TAGs is currently not economical. The cost price can be reduced by increasing the area price and volumetric TAG efficiency and quality. In order to improve these properties, Chlamydomonas sp. was obtained from Kırşehir Ahi Evran University-Microalgae Culture Collection (KAEU-MAK) Center. This strain was investigated in terms of reproductive ability under nitrogen and phosphorus deprived conditions, total lipid, fatty acid composition and composition. After 22 days, the freezedried biomass, total lipid and fatty acid analyzes of the samples were carried out in an eccentric laboratory. After twentytwo days, freeze-dried biomass, total lipid and fatty acid analyzes were performed in an external laboratory. In the 50% N (-) and 100% N (-) deficiencies, a more successful development was observed in the optical density and chlorophyll a values of the cells. Total lipid concentrations ranged from 18.9 to 19.7%, but the control group had the highest rate. The highest TAG deposition composed of C16: 0 (SFA), C18: 1 (MUFA) and C18: 3 (PUFA) fatty acids. The highest fatty acid composition was recorded in linoleic acid (C18: 3) at 50% N (-).
