Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the Board ofDirectors Structure to the exporter companies exporting performances on the basis ofCorparate Governace. In this context, with the help of the study, First 1000 ExportingFirms, prepared by Turkish Exporters Assembly annually, during the period 2007-2008-2009 the relationship between the executive board structure and exporting performance ofthe most exporting 221 firms in Turkey as of 2009 is analyzed.The contribution of this study is to comprise a Turkish sample in terms ofdeveloping countries. The other one is, managing the financal and non-financial criterias tomeasure the export performance.Key Words: Export, Export Performance, Corporate Govarnance, Board of Directors
