The effect of leaderships diemensions on life satisfoctions: A field research towords sport managers"

Inthisstudy, therelationshipbetweendemographicvariablesand life satisfactionlevels of thedutymanagers, relationshipandstatusquoleadershiptraits of thesportsmanagers in Adıyaman provinceweredetermined. Inthisstudy, whichwasconductedbyrelationalscreening model andeasysamplingmethod, thedataobtainedfromtheLeadershipOpinionScaleand Life SatisfactionScalewereevaluated. Inallevaluations, accordingtotheageand total working time of sportsmanagers, allsub-dimensions of leadershipare; gender, maritalstatus, educationalstatus, therelationshipbetweentheinstitutionandtheadministration time andthestatusquoleadershipwerefoundto be significant. Significantdifferenceswerefoundbetween life satisfaction of participantsandgender, age, institution, managementand total working time, participation in courses / seminars; it wasdeterminedthattherewas a moderatelevel of significancebetweenthesatisfaction of life andonlythe role of theleaderandinterrelatedleadership. As a result, it wasfoundthatthe life satisfactionlevels of thesportmanagerspredictedpositively, positivelyandpositively.
