Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to investigate exiting and removing in limited liability partnership and its legal consequences. In every phase of the research, different views were given based on current works and case studies and also our own views were mentioned. Subject is divided into 4 sections. Firstly, in order to get a qualified understanding of the subject, it started with the examination of the concept of a limited liability company that the first part is about acquiring a common qualification in a limited liability company and the rights and obligations of a partner. In the second part, the issue of exiting the limited liability partnership is explained. Besides referring to the issue of limited liability companies, that issue is also mentioned in other types of the companies. In the content of the third section, the subject of removing from the limited liability partnership has been explained by examining the issue in other company types, and in addition to this other types of separation for limited liability companies are also mentioned. In the last section, the results of the concept of exiting and removing are explained. Additionally, this section discusses the solution of disagreements that may arise on the issues.
