Abstract (EN)

The constantly developing service sector in the world and our country has influenced the social situation and business life of the people to a great extent. In particular, nurses working in the health sector struggle with intense job tempos as well as being subjected to violence by both institution directors and patients and their relatives whom they serve. As well as mobbing behavior increases the workload of the institutions, destroys the harmonious work environment among employees. In addition, it also incurs costs that will result in legal consequences for the institution. The survey method was used for the collection of this data. Findings show that mobbing shows significant differences in terms of professional loyalty for employees. As a result, it is suggested that, there is a lack of awareness of mobbing behavior in institutions where nurses work, this situation can be developed with trainings, it is also necessary that the institutions should be regulated to be effective and efficient for their professional dignity.
