The relationship between teachers' ethical sensitivity and job satisfaction levels

In this study, it was aimed to examine the relationship between teachers' ethical sensitivity and job satisfaction levels. Relational survey, which is one of the quantitative research models, was used in the research. The universe of the research consists of teachers working in schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Korkuteli district of Antalya province. The sample of the research consists of 286 teachers working in Korkuteli district in the 2020-2021 academic year. In the questionnaire prepared as a data collection tool, "Ethical Sensitivity" and "Job Satisfaction" scales were used together with demographic information. The collected data were analyzed in the SPSS 22 program. In researcfrequency, mean, standard deviation, t test, Anova, Pearson correlation test and regression analyzes were performed. As a result of the research, teachers' ethical sensitivities and job satisfaction. It has been determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between the levels of ethical sensitivity in all sub-dimensions of the scale. In the sub-dimensions of "Reading and expressing emotions" and "Developing comments and opinions", a medium level relationship was found in the other sub-dimensions, and a low level correlation was determined. The highest correlation was seen in the sub-dimension of "Reading and expressing emotions". In addition, according to the regression analysis conducted in the research, teachers' ethics. The sub-dimensions of "Reading and expressing emotions" and "Developing comments and opinions" are effective on teachers' job satisfaction levels.
