Abstract (EN)

The study investigated the heavy metal amounts as ppm (Zn, Co, Cr, Pb, Ni, Mn, Cu, Fe, Cd) in edible mushrooms species collected from Ordu and Giresun cities located in middle and eastern Black Sea region. The heavy metal amounts in mushrooms species were found Cd maximum in Alınca and minimum in Akkuş, Co amount maximum in Kabadüz and minimum in Ulubey, Cr amount maximum in Ünye and minimum in Kulakkaya, Cu amount maximum in Kabadüz and minimum in Ünye, Fe amount maximum in Kabadüz and minimum in Ulubey, Mn amount maximum in Kabadüz and minimum in Ulubey, Ni amount maximum in Ulubey and minimum in Ünye, Pb amount maximum in Kabadüz and minimum in Ulubey and Zn amount maximum in Tandır and minimum in Ünye. Finally, the investigated mushrooms can be consumed by people. But the regions and time that we investigate is very important.
