Abstract (EN)
It is of great importance to businesses to carry out their activities in a healthy manner and to adopt actions that may help them differentiate themselves from their competitors in this competitive environment. They have to resolve the issues occurring in the organization environment since the activities are vital in terms of effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. On the other hand, nowadays the major organizational problems with burnout and organizational justice-injustice play an important role in the labor-intensive tourism enterprises and have a special meaning for the industry. In this context, this study was carried out to determine the effect of organizational justice on professional burnout at five-star hotels in Kemer, which is a major tourist destination. In this regard, questionnaire was applied to a total of 424 employees working in five star hotels in Kemer. To determine whether Participants' views on organizational justice and professional burnout differ significantly according to the individual characteristics, it was tested by t-test for the independent samples and analysis of variance. It was found that burnout has a significant relationship with age, income, working department, business experience, industry experience; and organizational justice has a significant relationship with level of education, acquisition of tourism education, working department and businesses experience. Also, the relationship between participants' perceptions of organizational justice and professional burnout levels was determined by correlation and regression analysis. As a result of the research, it was identified that there is a negative and moderate relationship between professional burnout.
