Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this study is to search the relationship between organizational alienation and organizational silence. For this purpose, a field research is made on civil servants who are working on different positions (public prosecutor, judge, chief clerk, court clerk, crier) at Gaziantep Courthouse that is a field service under the Ministry of Justice of Republic of Turkey. The data obtained with survey method are analyzed with the statistic programme SPSS 23 on computer environment. As a result of analyzes made, it has been reached the result that organizational alienation has a relationship with acquiescent silence, been preserved silence, and protectionist silence which are subdimensions of organizational silence, and has an effect upon silence subdimensions.
