A research on the relationship between authentic leadership and employees' psychological capital

This study focuses relationship between authenthic leadership and psychological capital. In this study positive psycology and organizasyon(in the first part), positive leadership, authenthic leadership and psychological capital(in the second part),the relationship between authenthic leadership and psychological capital: followers behaviour, motivation and perception(in the third part). In the last part the relationship between authentic leadership and psychological capital is studied emprically. A public organisation is chosen to be studied on, and 321 staff take place during the study. Five hypotheses that were created for the purpose of research, have been analyzed and the results are interpretede in conjuction with the topic. In conclusion It is stated that there is a positive relationship between authenthic leadership and psychological capital. Key words: Positive Leadership, Authentic Leadership, Psychological Capital
