Abstract (EN)
Evaluation before the surgery for the treatment of rectal cancer is very important for the selecting of type of the surgery. For staging the cancer, we should use every imaging technique. Major complications of the treatmet of the rectal cancer after surgery are dysfunctions of anorectal and genitourinary system. We should evaluate the risk of dysfunction of sexual system with it?s etiopatological in future studies. After pelvic surgery, dysfunction of urination and sexual dysfunction is commonly seen so that during the surgery surgeons should be carefull while dissecting the pelvik structures. Sexuality is very important for the human being so that dysfunction of the sexual system affects their life negatively.
