Abstract (EN)
There are different types of disposition mortis causas that legator can prefer. Testamentums are some of those types. Testamentums also varied different types in itself. The official will is one of the testament that will be able to explain the orders and desires after death. The official testament is the testament issued by the official with the participation of two witnesses. It is imperative that two witnesses should be involved in arranging this will. The will must be prepared by the authorized officer designated by the law. In this study, in general, disposition motris causas, the official testament and the types of these testamentum, and finally the termination of the official will are examined.
