Abstract (EN)
This study was carried out with the aim of determining the potential of nitrogen mineralization in Scotch pine plantation areas. In this study was held in the forestation areas 250 and 251 divisions in Şebinkarahisar Forest Management Directorate Şebinkarahisar Forest Management Department In order to carry out the work, soil samples were taken from the areas where the afforestation activity was not carried out, and 1.5 and 20 years old scotch afforestation. The soil samples in the study areas were taken from 0-15 cm and 15-30 cm depth and a total of 40 soil samples were taken. In soil samples, soil reaction, texture, pH, organic matter and nitrogen nitrogen ratio and bulk density were measured. Mineralization measurements were made by taking 60 soil samples from 0-15 cm depth. Nitrogen mineralization was done by micro-distillation method under laboratory incubation conditions. As a result of the study, it was determined that the improvement in the planting time and soil characteristics on the field in the afforestation is at a statistically significant level. The difference in planting time with respect to net mineralization data in nitrogen mineralization values is not statistically significant. Equal incubation conditions prevented the difference in planting time. Keywords: Afforestation, nitrogen mineralization, Scotch pine, Şebinkarahisar..
