Abstract (EN)
Ceramic decorating methods are developing with the technological changes in the ceramic sector. As a result of these developments, the ceramic tile industry has switched to ink-jet technology as of 2000, and with this technology, decorating without contact with the product has been made possible. Ink-jet technology, which is a completely digital application, is used as the most preferred decorating method in today's technology. It provides significant advantages compared to traditional decorating methods. With ink-jet technology, the error rate in the products produced is reduced, saving time and increasing the amount of products produced. In the thesis, frit with transparent, opaque and matt surface properties were ground in nano size and their grinding behaviours and grain size distributions depending on time were investigated and their applicability in floor tiles, wall tiles and sinterflex as effect material was investigated.
