This thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the introduction.In the second chapter deal with preliminaries, fundamental and theorems that will be needed for this thesis.In the third chapter; The establishment of Green function and the asymtotic expression of eigenvalue of differential operators with spectral parameter in the boundary conditions are examined.
