Abstract (EN)
The translations of the individuals who served as ambassadors during this period were transcribed with the records of the civil servants obtained from the books kept by the Sicill-i Ahval Commission established within the Ministry of Internal Affairs during the reign of Sultan Abdulhamid II. On this occasion, the stages of the envoys from their primary education until their retirement, and especially the periods of civil service, were introduced. Many characteristics such as foreign languages known to the infidels, the capitals in which they served, the engagements they received from their own states or the states they went to during their civil service periods, salary increases and promotions were revealed. I. A prosographic study was carried out that would provide resources for other researchers by specifying the life stories of the ruled of legitimacy.
