Judicial force applications in Turkey

This study analyses judicial force applications and the problems of those applications in Turkey. Firstly, the concept of ?judicial force? that emerged in the European Union Adaptation Process and was enacted on the date of June 1 2005 is discussed and its background is recorded for a beter understanding of the influences of the concept and the applications. Then the way of judicial force applications after the new regulations in Turkey is explained. Examples from European Countries, circulars and thoughts on the subject are also took part within this section. Finally the relations of Police-Prosecutor-Civil Authority are mentioned.
