Abstract (EN)

Crimes committed by public officials in violation of the law, sometimes administrative, sometimes criminal, sometimes administrative, but also requires criminal sanctions. While criminal and administrative investigations often take advantage of similar principles, there are also some differences between them. The general framework of officer discipline law is determined by legal regulations. The Public Officers Law numbered 657 also forms the basis of officer disciplinary law. In addition, the regulations and the procedures and principles of officer discipline law are regulated. The basic principles that have emerged through legislation and often judicial decisions have also become necessary to be followed. In addition to the disciplinary investigations being carried out in order to restore the order of the institution which has been corrupted, the punishments to be given according to these basic principles is one of the most important requirements of the state of law.
