Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, MEMS inventions are becoming widespread and devices with supreme abilities are being developed. One of these inventions are the pressure sensors such as MEMS diaphragms, microphones and so on. These type of devices are becoming diverse and are miniaturized as well. MEMS sensors are very important because of their size and usability. Sensors can communicate with many ways such as RF or ultrasonically and so on. Although there are giant sensors with cables, they are useless because of their sizes and equipment. In addition to the communication types of the MEMS devices, the power management scheme is also important. Nowadays, wireless systems are used for battery accumulation. Also this received power can be harvested and stored for future usage of the wireless sensor. In this project, the modelling and simulation of coupled piezo will be completed first. After it is sure that the measurements and simulations completely match, we will choose a tiny processor and sensor and write firmware on the microprocessor. The last step is to design a harvester, which can feed both the processor and the sensor and every part of the entire circuit will be combined.
