Abstract (EN)

Today, with globalization, significant changes have occurred in many areas. The biggest change that has emerged has been in the field of economics. The disappearance of trade borders and increased financial mobility between countries have made it mandatory to make a number of in-nations legal arrangements in this regard. Global-level economic relations, which constitute the subject of international economic law, have become widespread with globalization. The existence of law is also inevitable when it comes to any economic activity, regardless of whether it is at the international or local level. Since international economic relations take place between countries with different laws and practices, some problems may become impossible to solve. In this context, transnation snor nations are needed to solve these problems and determine the rules of their work. Organizations that are active all over the world, such as the International Monetary Fund, the World Trade Organization and the World Bank, have a say in the regulation of international economic relations. On the other hand, organizations with a more regional level than these organizations are among the regulators of international economic law. In this study, it is aimed to examine the structures of these institutions by conducting a literature review.
